Founded in 2002, PETFAMILY is a team of Asian pet enthusiasts and innovation experts, rooted in markets like Malaysia. We began by creating specialized odor-control products for pets.
Our innovation accelerated in 2008 through advanced R&D in ammonia-decomposition technology and upgraded production. This progress propelled our global entry in 2015, followed by the launch of odor-neutralizing cat litter granules in 2018. A key breakthrough came with the world's first ammonia-decomposing deodorizer capsules, developed between 2023-2025.
Our solutions have earned recognition at major global pet shows like Interzoo and Global Pet Expo. More importantly, they have passed rigorous testing by international professional buyers, proving their exceptional effectiveness and reliability.
Caring for Pets, Protecting the Planet
As global awareness of environmental protection grows, reducing the harm caused by plastic products to our planet has become a top priority. In 2024, PETFAMILY partnered with a team of professors from Tsinghua University to integrate 100% naturally biodegradable materials—suitable for both water and soil—into our pet products. Together, we actively promote our message: “Caring for pets, protecting the planet.”
About Sustainability
As the environmental impact of plastic continues to escalate, PETFAMILY has collaborated with a team of professors from Tsinghua University to incorporate 100% naturally biodegradable materials into our pet products. These materials are capable of fully decomposing in both water and soil, addressing a critical need for true biodegradability. In contrast, many so-called "biodegradable" materials on the market require industrial composting and fail to decompose entirely, consuming extensive manpower, financial resources, and energy.
