Return Policy

We hope you and your pet love what you've ordered! But just in case you are not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

Please send us a message (service@petfamily365.com) with your order number if you would like to request a return or replacement.

Return Conditions

  1. You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
  2. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and the original packaging.
  3. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
  4. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

Note

  1. You can return the product(s) for a full refund of the purchase price. You only have to pay return shipping.
  2. If you need a return shipping service, we can provide a return shipping label via FedEx for a $20 deduction from your refund.
  3. Depending on your banking institution, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method in 3 to 5 business days.
  4. Since our products are mainly for B-end customers, all sales are final and no returns are accepted. We strongly recommend carefully reviewing the product description and specifications before purchasing, and contacting our customer service team for more information if necessary.
